So anyway, i was driving on the freeway last week and im going on an off ramp to switch from one interstate to another.

And on this off ramp was a deer. I know intense. so onto the good part, cars in front of me are just driving by it, but once i pass it, it jumps off the offramp. I know way more intense then you thought this was going to be.

When this deer landed, it died instantly as far as i could tell. i felt really bad while driving but when i met with some friends i calmed down and started laughing about it. Can you just imagine a deer landing on your car while your going 70 MPH. bad ass >.>

Arti hit a deer about a year ago on an unlit country road. It darted out in front of him. He swerved to try to miss it, but the corner of his right front fender clipped it's head.

We're animal lovers here ... Arti stopped and stayed with the young buck until it died. It may have already been dead with the kind of injuries it received, but it was still flailing about. When it was still, he moved it out of the road.

For those who make light of such incident's (and many people do as a way of dealing with something that makes them feel bad), Arti said he had never seen such gore as he had that night. Real gore, that is. He felt horrible for days after. But these things happen sometimes.
Deer become confused when the headlights of a car flash on them. Sometimes they become petrified and cannot move. Deer don't normally venture onto freeways. When one does, it's usually because it had become disoriented at some point prior, due to being frightend, chased, and/or separated from it's family (herd).
