This is a case regarding Obama's citizenship. The Plaintiff filed an official simple request to provide proof that he is a natural born citizen. Instead of coughing up the proof, or giving an answer to the request, the DNC filed a motion for a Protection Order from any discovery, but the court denied. Their failure to answer or object the request within 30 days, in accordance to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in the precedent case of McNeil v. AT&T Universal Card F.R.D. 492, 494 (E.D. Pa. 2000), was then considered to be admittance.

In other words, since the plaintiff didn't have anything at stake and was making an accusation without collateral, the entire trial has been nullified.

This still doesn't mean the question has been answered - the law says -

December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986If, at the time of your birth, both your parents were U.S. citizens and at least one had a prior residence in the United States, you automatically acquired U.S. citizenship with no conditions for retaining it.

If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16. There are no conditions placed on retaining this type of citizenship. If your one U.S. citizen parent is your father and you were born outside of marriage, the same rules apply if your father legally legitimated you before your 21st birthday and you were unmarried at the time. If legitimation occurred after November 14, 1986, your father must have established paternity prior to your 18th birthday, either by acknowledgment or by court order, and must have stated in writing that he would support you financially until your 18th birthday.




Obama's mom had him at the age of 18. If Obama produces his original birth certificate, this would all be thrown under the rug; but it hasn't yet. After Obama went to "go see his dying grandmother who wouldn't see election day" without his family, the Governor of Hawaii said, "No" to releasing the original Certification of Live Birth.

Why won't he produce it when prompted? This is fishy, really fishy. Smells of rotten corpses and plenty of skeletons.

Not necessarily; Obama was born when his mother was eighteen. The law of the day required you to be a resident of this country for at least 5 years AFTER turning 16 in order to qualify your child to be a citizen. Of course it's relevant.

Wrong, 5 years after turning 14. Still, 5+14 = 19, and since she was 18....
